Clear tack coat

Description Quick drying primer for use on concrete or blocks.  Overcoat can be applied in just over 30 minutes. An effective solvent-based primer for bonding thermoplastic materials to concrete and worn bituminous surfaces. Its low viscosity facilitates deep penetration into substrates. This clear tack coat can be applied by spraying, by brush or roller. Virtually colourless and with superior adhesion enhancement and ready to use – no mixing required, fast drying and easy to apply.
